See You at the Pole event draws members of school together

Once again this year, the members of Bears For Christ, several faculty members, and members of the student body weren't ashamed to show their love for God as they met for the annual event See You at the Pole .

See You at the Pole is an event held yearly around the nation. It started with 10 students at a Texas high school in 1990. Now, it is so wide-spread that more than 3 million students across all 50 states gather once a year, in September for See You at the Pole .

“This year the event was a major success. The presence of God was felt throughout the people. I was extremely proud of our student body who came out and supported Bears for Christ in our See You at the Pole event,” senior Bears for Christ member Pashel Carriere said.

At this year's See You at the Pole , members of Bears for Christ read scriptures, prayed for friends, family, leaders, and our school, and sang songs with the participating members of the CHS community that joined in the celebration of worship and prayer.
