Interested in a Carencro High School Specialty License Plate for your Vehicle?

Call or come by the CHS Office (896-6192) to sign up or get information.  The Louisiana Department of Motor Vehicles just recently approved our application (we are only the third high school in the state to get one) and the vanity license plates are now available.  Dr. James Easton, Superintendent of Lafayette Parish Schools, received CHS1.  Hurry so that you can get a low number!!

The cost will be $28.50 above the cost of your regular plate; of that amount, Carencro High School will receive $25.00.  If your license plate is not due for renewal, you will not have to pay the entire amount of the regular cost but DMV will credit you for that portion of time which has not yet occurred.  Renewal of the Carencro High School Vanity Plate will cost the regular amount (since you will get a sticker to put on the plate and not have to replace the plate).
